    Pro Tip

Although wearing masks and hand sanitizing are no longer mandatory, we should recommend that you continue these practices. You will find sanitisation devices in the lobby areas and at the reception desk.

    Safety measures on site

Safety is our priority! We have undertaken several measures to limit the transmission of microbes according to the government’s recommendations.

Wearing face masks and keeping a social distance is recommended.

The efficient operation of the HVAC system was ensured.

All building key suppliers (i.e., technical maintenance, security and cleaning staff) maintain hand hygiene and comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) requirements by wearing masks and gloves. Tenants’ suppliers providing such services are required to follow the same requirements while passing through the common areas.

At the entrances to the buildings there are signs with safety instructions on how to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The sanitization protocol was extended to include disinfection of common areas (i.e. lobby, lifts, accessways, staircases, toilets).

All visitors are obliged to check in at reception and their access to the turnstiles will strictly be subject to them obeying the legal provisions regarding wearing face masks.

A separate area for vendors and couriers will be designated and regularly sanitized.

    Our new cleaning protocol:

    • All common areas in the building will be disinfected with a nebuliser followed by a decontamination day.
    • Critical common areas will be sanitised on a regular basis; lift panels will be treated with an antiviral agent.
    • We have increased the availability of hand sanitizer in all entrances, lobby, lifts, reception desks and on all floors.
    • Sanitising floor mats will be placed at the entrances to the buildings.

    Reporting a COVID-19 infection

If an employee tests positive for the coronavirus, inform the Building Manager immediately. We will be grateful if you could provide us with such details as: the dates and times they visited the building, the spaces they visited and the actions you intend to take in connection with the situation.

    Pro Tip

You will receive a notification if a person who tested positive for COVID-19 has recently entered in the building and the time interval scheduled for disinfection of common areas.
